BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa.,, April 12, 1939.
County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs. Berryman,,
Amos and O'Neil,
Notion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District of Cecil Township in abatingpenalties and interest on all
liened and delinquent County taxes on property assessed in the name of Pauline
Shultz provided that such liened and delinquent taxes are paid within the period
prescribed by the proper authorities of Washington County,, and that the County
Treasurer be advised of this action of the Board of County Condssioners, Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and the Board of Road Supervisors of Cecil Township in abating
penalties and interest on all liened and delinquent County Taxes against property
assessed in the name of Edward Fletcher., provided that such liened and delinquent
taxes are paid within the prescribed period set forth by the proper authorities of
Washington County, and that the County Treasurer be advised of this action of the
Board of County Commissioners . Motion earried,
There being no further business before the Board, the meting was adjourned,
