County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Messrs. Berry-
man, Amos and OfNeil*
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to
accept payment of all delinquent and liened taxes against the house and lot No.
146, Oak Spring Road, in the 2nd Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg., assessed in
the name of Tolpn Davis,, without penalty and interest inasmuch as the taxes on
said property became delinquent because of an error in assessment. Motion carri-
ed. (Motion carried.)
There being no further business before the meeting,, it was adjourned.

Commdssioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,,
Amos and OtNeil,
WHEREAS, it appears that., the property of Paul Zaken was sold by the Sheriff
of this County on June 19., 1937 at 86 August Term 1937 ED,, and that the price
paid the Sheriff was more than sufficient to pay the 1936 County Tax in the amoVht
of $4.14, with penalty and interest in the total amountof $,90, that on account
of the failure to have said tax filed with the said Sheriff,, the same was not
paid and that under the law the same operates as a discharge thereof. Motion
duly made and seconded that the Solicitor is hereby directed to exonerate the
said tax for the reason set forth above. Motion carried,
