County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs . Berryman.,
Amos and O'Neil,
WHEREASIP it appears that the property of W. J. Hunter, McDonald, Pa., was
sold by the Sheriff of this county., dead recorded February 19, 1936, in volume
605, page 13,, and that the price paid the Sheriff was more than sufficient to pay
the 1935 County tax in the amount of $43.20, with penalty and interest in the
amount of $12 .10, that on account of the failure to have said tax filed with the
said Sheriff, the same was not paid and that under the law, the same operates as
a discharge thereof.
Motion duly made and seconded that the Solicitor is hereby directed to ex-
onerate the said tax for the reason. set forth above. Motion carried,

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to ac-
cept liened and delinquent taxes for the, years 1927-28 against Myer Yassen on a
valuation of $500, without penalty and interest, on property assessed as "Store
Room and two lots"- in West PJke Run Township., this action taken in co-operation
with the. School District of said township. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board., the meeting was adjourned,
