BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington,, Pa.., June 16, 1939,
County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman,
Amos and Of Neil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate -with
the Borough Council and the School District of Burgettstown in accepting liened
and delinquent county tax., without penalty and interest, on property in said
Borough assessed in the name of Yxs . Anne Davis, and situated on South Main Street
in said Borough, and that the County Treasurer be notified of this action of the
Board of County Commissioners* Motion carried,
There being no further business before the meeting,, it was adjourned,

the School District and Township Supervisors of Cecil Township in aecepting de-
linquent and liened county tax without penalty and interest., against Marcella
Yokell in said township and that the County Treasurer be notified of this action
of the Board of County Commissioners. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
