County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs , Berry-
man, Amos and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School District and the Borough Council of Burgettstown in accepting liened
and delinquent county tax without penalty and interest, assessed against Joe
Mike in said borough, and that the County Treasurer be advised of this action of
the Board of County Commissioners, Motion carried,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the Council and School Board of Midway Borough in authorizing the County Treas-
urer to accept liened and delinquent county tax against the property of Mrs,
Anna Forrester in said borough, without penalty and interest. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,
