County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs, Berry-
man, Amos and O'Neil,
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be notified that the
County Tax for 1935 on the High School Stadium Grounds of the Borough of Charl*#-,)
roi, be exonerated in cooperation with Borough Council and the School District of
Charleroi. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board,, the meeting was adjourned,

Joint meeting of the County Commissioners and County Controller for the pur-
pose of opening bids for the wreaking of three houses on West Beau Street, num-
bers 54-56-62p and one house on West Cherry Avenue, number 47, in accordance
with the advertisement of the County Controller* present for County Commission-
ers, Messrs, Berrymeno Amos and OtNeil; County Controller J. K. Smith also
present,
The following bids were opened and read in the presence of the County Com-
missioners:

After due consideration of the bids, motion was made and duly seconded
that the contract for wrecking houses number 54-56-62 West Beau Street and
47 West Cherry Avenue be awarded to E. W. Piatt,, R. D. #2j, Washington., Pa.,,
at his bid of $125,00,, net to Washington County,, and that the County Controller

Motion duly made and seconded that the County Commissioners co-operate with
the School and Road Boards of Cecil Township in accepting delinquent and liened
county tax., without penalty and interest,, on property assessed in the names of
Elizabeth Schnuth and Naomi Brown, in said township, and that the County Treas-
urer be advised of this action of the Board of County Commissioners, Motion
carried.
There being no further business before the Board., the meting was adjourned;
