Board of County Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs
Berryman, Amos and O'Neil.
The following Resolution.was duly presented, seconded and adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED by. the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plan
submitted by the Department of .Highways for the changing of State Highway Route

62026, 62057, Appl. 54449, In -Peters-Township, between Stations 3t00 and 5+00 on
Appl. 5404, Stations 0+00 and 92t71..60. on L. R. 62026, and Stations 0+00 to
64#39.76 on-L. R. 62057, have been. examined and .the County Commissioners agree
G that the County will .assume _liability for any and all property damages resulting
from the construction of the _highway, as contemplated by these plans, and also all
damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the
construction- or maintenance of the highway.

There being no, further business .before-_ the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Motion duly.made.and seconded that-the County Commissioners co-operate with
i
the School District of Smith- Township in accepting all liened and delinquent taxes
in .the name of the Radiant Gas .Coal_.Company, .in, aaid township, without interest,
and the County Treasurer to be notified of this action of the Board of County
Commissioners. Motion carried.
There- being- no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
