O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa. , July 25, 1939. County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and O'Neil. Motion duly made and seconded that the County Treasurer be authorized to accept 1935 County Tax without interest.,, on property assessed in the name of James R. Minton, Canton Township., Washington County., inasmuch as an error in assessment existed which caused said tax to be-bome delinquent. Motion carried. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried,, the following Resolution was a4opted:by the Board of County Commissioners: RESOLVED, That the Hull Resurfacing Co. , of Butler., Pennsylvania, having been awarded the contract for the placing of the bituminous surface course on the Houst6n-McCohnells Mill Road in Chartiers Township on August 29, 1938, at *their bid price of $12,171.00, and said contract not being executed because of an apparent insufficiency of funds for this purpose, and the said funds now being available., the awarding of said contract to the Hull Resurfacing Company at their bid price of August 29, 1938, is hereby confirmed; said contractor to be' so 0 notified in order that the necessary contract may be executed and approved and the work �h connection with said contract to begin at the earliest possible date.
