BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JOHN D. BERRYMAN, EARL B. AMOS, JOHN N. O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS
Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., October 31, 1939.
Commissioners met in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryma;L
and OlNeil,, Mr. Amos being absent.
Motion duly made and seconded that the taxes be figured on the property
of Letitia McNary Estate in the Borough of Burgettstown, on the basis of an
assessment of $500.00 instead of $1,700.00 from 1931 through 1938. This is in
accordance with action of the Council of the Borough of Burgettstown and the
Board of School Directors of the Borough of Burgettstown, a resolution from
each having been received. Motion carried.
There being no further business,, the meeting was adjourned.

County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berry
man., Amos and OtNeil.
Motion duly made and seconded that the County Controller be authorized to
make the following transfer in appropriation account as provided for in the
budget for the year 1939:
$375 from Account No. 103 to Account No. 136
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting.,, it was adjourned.
