O'NEIL COMMISSIONERS Office of the County Commissionersp Washington, Pa., November 28, 1939. Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Berryman, Amos and OfNeil. Motion by Mr. O'Neil,, seconded by Mr. Amos., that the assessed valuation of the two houses and lots located on the west side of Main Street, in the Borough of Burgettstown., assessed in the name of Walter E. Dickson,, be reduced from $4600 to $2300,, or 506 of the present valuation, for the year 1939 by reason of the acceptance of the proposal for the purchase of said properties by the Treasury Department, Procurement Division, February 18, 1939; the County Treasurer to be advised of this action of the Board of County Commissioners in order that proper adjustment may be made in the taxes on said properties for the year 1939. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., November 28, 1939. Motion duly made and seconded that a settlement for damages in the amount of $295.00 be paid to Annie E. and William Bonnell for damage to property fronting 185 feet, more or less., on the Beallsville-Zollarsville Road, In West Bethlehem Township, from Station 10108 to Station 103t25p such damage being due to land taken in the rebuilding of a concrete culvert and the realignment of the road. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting., it was adjourned. (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
