Motion by Mr. Barnes-, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the following persons be employed as clerks in the office of the County Commissioners for the ensuing year, with the proviso that any person so employed may be dismissed 'upon 30 day's notices to-*it: Mrs. Roxanna W. Taylors Mrs, Josephine Stoners Mrs. Mary Lemmon and that Miss Hazel Hughes be employed as operator at telephone exchange for ensuing year, with above mentioned proviso as to dismissal. Motion carried, Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that Henry Keeling be em- ployed as night watchman at Court House for the ensuing year, with proviso that he may be dismissed upon 30 day's notice. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that John McCormick be em- ployed as chief engineer at court house and jail and that S. Co Ward be employed as assistant engineer at court house and jail for the ensuing 'years with proviso that either of them may be dismissed upon 30 day's notice. 116tion carried* Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that Board adjourn until Thursdays January 7p at 10 A.M. Motion carried and Board stood adjourned, (SIGNED) COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
