Johnston., O 'Neil and Barnes. Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston: that the following posi- tions coming within the jurisdiction of the County Commissioners be filled for the ensuing year by the Election of the persons indicated for the several places, as set forth below, with the proviso that any one of the persons thus elee*ed may be dismissed from the County's employ upon 30 day's notice:. Sealer of Weights and Measurers, John F. Curran; Mechanic at County Garage, John Filson; ►arrant Clerk, Commissioners ' Office, Leo Maloney; Clerks in office of County Commissioners, Mark M. Decker and Earl B. Amos. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that M. B. Armstrong be elected to the position of V6terans ' Grave Registration Clerk, in the office of the County Commissioners# in compliance with the Act of Assembly, known as Act No. 251, 1929, P. L. 609, said eletion to become effective February 1, 1932. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that 'Thomas Baker be elected � to the position of :anitor for the Court House and Mrs. Inis be elected to the position of cleaner in and about the Court House, these elections to be effective 1 January 161, 1932.
