Board of County Commissioners in regular sessions each member having had
personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. J. E. Johnston, John
N. O'Neil and W. A. Barnes.
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Washington, State of Pennsylvania, relative to the issue by the said County

of a note for Six Hundred Thousand ( 600,400.00) Rollers as a temporary loan, was
presented* duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said Board* to»wit.-
WHEREAS* it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum, of Six
Hundred Thousand ( 600*000.00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses

for the year " 1932 and to be payable out of taxes and other current revenues to
i
be assessed, levied and collected by the County during the year 1932*' how* there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of �

Washington, that for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current
expenses of the County* the proper officers of the said County are hereby author-
ized and directed to negotiate a temporary loan on such terms as may be agreed
upon by them: payable out of current revenues of the County* and issue a note
therefor, payable Aug 5* 1932* with interest from date of said note at the rate '
of six (6) per cent per annum* free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania: which said taxes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to
pay* said note to be negotiated and issued as follows: ,

protest* notice of protest and non-payment of this Note is waived. This Nate
