Motion by Mr. OtNeils, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that County Controller be re-
quested to advertise for bids for delivery of ballots and supplies for Spring
Primary of 1932 to the various election officers of the election districts of
Washington County* delivery to be made prior to midnight of Monday, April 25#
1932* Motion carried*
