Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having had
personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs, Johnston$ O'Neil and
Barnes,
The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Washington, State of Pennsylvania, relative to the issue by the said County
of Seventy-five Thousand ( 75,000,00) Dollars in temporary loans was presented$
duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said Board, to -wit:
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of Seventy-
five Thousand ($75,000,00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses
and for which taxes have been assessed, levied and partially collected during the
year 1932, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of
Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expens-
es, the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized to negot3_ate
temporary loans, payable out of the revenues of the County, and issue Note, there-
for, payable February 12 1933$ with interest from date of said Notes at rate of
six (6) per cent per annum, free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, which said taxes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to
pay, said Note to be negotiated and issued as follows: -
