Commissioners in regular sessions members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Barnes seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the Borough of Center-
ville be allowed a credit of $2579,59 on contract for.Daisytown-National Road
Highway for the reason that p ayement on said road has never been placed, and
that thus the Borough's share of said improvement shall be $2420.41.
Motion carried.

The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of ydashingtons State of Pennsylvania, relative to the issue by the County of
Twenty-five Thousand ($25s000.00) Dollars in temporary loans was presented$ duly
seconded and unanimously adopted by said Board) to-wit:-
WHEREASs it has become necessary for said Board to Borrow the sum of Twenty-
five Thousand (25s000.00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses
for the year 1932 and for which taxes have been assesseds levied and partially
collected during the year 1932$_nows therefore.,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the ;paid County of
Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current ex-
pensess the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized to negoti-
ate temporary loans payable out of the revenues of the County$ and issue Note
therefore payable January 3s 1933 s with interest from date of slid Notes at
rate of six (6) percent. per annums free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth
of Pennpylvania$ which said taxes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to
pays said Note to be negotiated and issued as f611ows:-
'SHE CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK' WASHINGTON.. PA... $25e000.00
