Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes; at 11:15 A.M. , bids for sale of $354,040 Funding Bonds of the County of Washington, as duly advertised, were opened and read in presence of County Commissioners from the following concerns, each.bid being accompanied by certified check for $2500.. as required: Brown Brothers,Harriman & Co. $ Philadelphia National Co. , Yarnall & Co. , Far-ac.Int.Prem. $18,490.50 E. H. Rollins & Sons, A. C. mood Jr. & Co. , Singer, Deane & Scribner, Par-ac.Int.Prem. $18,380.00 Leach Bros. Inc. , Par-ac.Int.Prem. $18#550#00 Grahamm# Parsons & Co., Par-ac.Int.Prem. $17#846.50 Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. ©'Heil, that action on awarding of Bonds be deferred until a later meeting of County Commissioners, to be held on Wednesday, July 5, 1933, and that certified checks be returned to the low bid- ders at once, the certified check accompanying bid of Leach Bros. be held await- ing final action on said award of Bonds. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
