Office of the County Commissioners,
Washington, Pa., July 21, 1933.
Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. O'Neil and
Barnes; Mr. Johnston absent, but having notice of meeting.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that County Controller be re-
quested to advertise for printing and delivering to office of County Commissioners
approximately 100#000 official party ballots and 80,000 specimen party ballots,
and approximately 100000 official amendment ballots and approximately 50,000
specimen amendment ballots, for use at the Fall Prima" to be held on Sept$Wber
19, 1933, and, further,
That the County Controller be requested to advertise for bids for furnishing
and delivering to office of County Commissioners the' necessary Primary forms,
computing books, affidavits, tally sheets, return sheets, envelopes, record$ of%
assisted voters books, Voter's Guides# together with all necessary stationery,
including pens, penal$i, sealing wax, red tape, eta. , etc. , to be put $p in 189
boxes to snit the requirements of Third Class districts and the districts in the
Boroughs and Townships in Washington County for use at the Primary Election,
September 19, 1933.
Motion carried. There being no further business before the Board,
the meeting was adjourned.
