RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the
county will assume any liability for property damage resulting under Act 32,
approved April 13, 1933, from the construction of Route 62014 between Station
714+19 and Station 808470 in Peters township.

WHEREAS, the upturn in business and industrial activities and the return of
hundreds of thousands of school children to their classrooms can be expected to
provide greater and more numerous hazards in the streets and highways, in the
plants and offices and in the schools and homes, and
WHEREAS, the Western Pennsylvania Safety Council, with the cooperation of
the State of Pennsylvania, the various counties and cities in the Western Part
of the Commonwealth, is conducting a three months' safety campaign during Septem-
ber, October and November, to be known as "Better Times Safety Drive" and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of each and every resident of Western Pennsyl-
vania to support this movement in an effort to reduce the accidents and fatalities
of any and all sorts,
NOW.THEREFORE WE, the County Commissioners of Washington County do hereby sol-
emnly resolve in meeting assembled to lend our every support to the Western Penn-
sylvanis. Safety Council and its component parts to the end that Washington County
will bea
asafer and happier place in which to live.
