BARNES, COMMISSIONERS 1-32 WARD PRINTING CO 36502 office of the County Commissioners, Washington, Pa., Oct. 4, 1933. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes. Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that County Controller be requested tp advertise for bids for printing and delivering to office of County Commissioners official and specimen ballots for use at Municipal Election of Nov. 7, 1933, as follows: — Approximately 80,000 official ballots and 16,000 specimen Election Ballots, with names of offices and candidates. Approximately 80,000 official ballots and 16,000 specimen ballots, with Amendments to be voted upon by electors. Approximately 80,000 official ballots and 16,000 specimen ballots, with names of delegates for and against repeal of 18th Amendment. Approximately 80,000 official ballots and 16,000 specimen ballots, with referendum on Sunday baseball and football. Information as to ballot' requirements to be obtained at office of County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pa. Motion carried. ---------- October 41 1933. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes. Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the County Controller be requested to advertise for bids for furnishing and delivering to bffice of County Commissioners, Election supplies for use at Municipal Election of Nov. 7, 1933, including necessary tally sheets, return sheets, computing books, Voters Guides, required envelopes, etc., etc., etc., to be -packed in 189 boxes for boroughs, townships and third class cities. Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned. 1
