Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that contract be awarded to
Mull Resuffacing Company for retread construction on Beallsville-Fredericktown
Road and Avella-Cross Creek, No. 1, using stone in accordance with their bids,
and that contract for two hundred (200) tons, more or less, of Colprovia dumped
on the Avella-Cross Creek No. 2 Road be awarded to the Harrison Construction
Company in accordance with their bid. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
