Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that appropriations towards
defraying expenses of Armistice Day observance, 1933, be made as follows:
Ernest E. Jobes Post No. 2120 American Legion, Donor&, Pa. $36.00
James R. Hunt Post, No. 639, American Legion, Claysville, Pa. 70.00
Motion carried. There being no further business before the meetings it
was adjourned.

Commissioners in regular sessions members present being Messrs. , Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that in the matter of the
William McDaid Farm in Hopewell Township, sold to Washington County for delinquent
and unpaid taxes at Treasurer' s Tax Sale on December 11, 1928, the Commissioners
agree to accept a "rider" to be attached to oil and gas lease on said farm, chang-
ing the annual rental to one-eighth (1/8) royalty and that all payments thereunder
shall be made to the County of Washington direct. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
