Board of County Commissioners in regular session, each member having had personal notice of meeting, members present being Messrs. J. E. Johnsban, John N. O'Neil and W. A. Barnes. The following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of the County I of Washington, State of Pennsylvania, relatttef,to the issue by the said County f of Twenty-five Thousand ( 25,000.00) Dollars in temporary loans was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by said Board, to-wit: WHEREAS, it has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sure of Twenty- five Thousand ( 25,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year of 1934 and for which taxes are to be levied and collected during the year 1934, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of Washington, for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expenses, the proper officers of the said County are hereby authorized to negotiate temporar loans payable out of the revenues of the County, for which taxes are to be levied and collected in 1934, and issue Note therefor, payable with interest from date of said Note, free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which said takes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to pay, said Note to be negotiated and issued as fellows: THE NATIONAL BANK OF CLAYSVILLE, CLAYSVILLE, PA. , $25pOOO. Hall, Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania, do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing Reso- lution with the original minutes of the County Commissioners and that the same is a true and correct copy of the Resolution adopted at a meeting of said Board at which Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes were present, on the lst day of Beb- ruary, 1934.
