Washington, Pennsylvania, April 2, 1934.
Commissioners in regular sessions members present being Messrs. Johnston,
OtNeil and Barnes.
In the matter of the bid from the General Sales Engineering Corporation for
the twenty-five (25) SHOUP VOTING MACHINES, the said corporation having presented
contract and bond, and the award having previously been made to said corporation,
motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnstohp that the same are hereby approved
and the contracts are directed to be executed in duplicate, one copy thereof to
be delivered to the 9%id General Sales Engineering Corporations to be attested
by the Chief Clerk, with the seal of the County Commissioners' Office affixed*
and that the check for the three thousand dollars ($3000.00) submitted with bid
be directed to be returned to said corporation and that a copy of this resolution
be certified by the Chief Clerk and delivered to the said contracting corporation.
Question called for: Voting "aye" , Messrs. Barnes & Johnston, voting "non,

, with request that vote be so recorded. Motion declared carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting adjourned.
