Washington, Pa. , April 5, 1934.
Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. Barnes,, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the County Controller be
requested to advertise for bids for the printing and delivering of approximately
700000 Official Party Ballots and 15,000 Specimen Party. Ballots' for use at the
spring Primary to be held on May 15, 1934; also printed forms, specimen ballots,
etc. , etc. , required for 15 districts wherein Voting Machines are to be used;
and that the Controller also be requested to advertise for bids for furnishing
and delivering to office of County Commissioners, Primary Election supplies for
use at the spring Primary of May 15, 1934, Voter's Gi;des, required envelopes,
etc. , etc. , to be packed in 175 boxes for boroughs,, townships and third class
cities; also supplies for 15 districts wherein Voting Machines are to be used.
Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, thew-meeting was adjourned.
