Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes; joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller
to receive and open bids for construction of certain bridges, as per advertise-
ment for such bids by the County Controller; present for County Commissioners,
Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes; County Controller Post present; bids from
the following coneerns, for the bridges mentioned were opened and read in the
presence of the County Commissioners:

Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that awarding of contract
be deferred until a later date.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was adjourned.
