Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. O'Neil and
Barnes- Mr. Johnston having notice of meeting, but absent.
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and adopted:
RESOLVED, That in the matter of crossing above grade at a point vh:bre the
extension of State Highway Route No. 118# as relocated, will cross over and above
the tracks of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, in the Borough of Cokeburgs
Washington County, that the proposed statement of cost dated April 30, 1934, as
prepared by the Bureau of Engineering of the Public Service Commissions as pre.
sented at a conference held on Wednesday. May go 1934, is satisfactory and is
hereby approved and it is agreed that a modification of the order shall be made
by the Commission without a further hearings said modification to provide for
the allocation of the cost of the improvement as set forth in the above mentioned
statement of cost, Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Boards the meeting was adjourned.
