In the matter of judgement on recognizance against W. H. Tobin, entered
at No. 152 May Term, 19310 D.S.B. , Court of Common Fleas, on account of prior
liens,
RE3OLVED, That the same be settled by the payment by said Tobin of suffi-

cinnt to pay the costs in the Quarter Sessions Court and the above judgement,
to the amount of $130.00, and the County Solicitor is hereby authorized to
satisfy the said judgement upon the payment of said sum of $130.00
There being no further business b afore the board, the meeting was adjourned.
