j Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Barnes.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that County Controller be
requested to advertise for bids for printing and delivering to office of
County Commissioners, approximately 90,000 official ballots and approximately
20,000 specimen ballots for use in the various election districts of the
of the county at the General Election to be held therein on November 6, 1934,

specifications and requirements for said ballots to be seen at the office of
the County Commissioners, and, further, that the County Controller be requested
to advertise for bids for Election supplies, including tally sheets, return
sheets, envelopes, computing books, copies of Voter's Guide, etc. , etc. , for
use in the various election districts of the County at the general election
to be held therein on November 6, 1934. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourns
