Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Berryman.
Motion by Mr. Berryman, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that the Plan prepared by
the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the improvement of State Highway
Route No. 113, Section 9, from station 1787+01, to station 1837+67;42- be approved
on condition that the Department of Highways assumes fifty ( 50) percent of all
property damages arising between station 1816+32.5 and station 1832+69.0 of said
Highway. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
