Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O'Neil and Berryman.

The matter of bids for purchase of automobile for use of the County, and
for which bids were opened and read on December 19, 1934, was before the meeting,
and
Motion by Mr. Berryman, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that contract for new car
be awarded to Mr. Don Whalen, Burgettstown, on his offer of Pontiac 4-door 8
sedan., at cash delivery price of $436.00 (Peerless and Oakland automobiles being
taken as per offer made in connection with his bid) . Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that appropriations towards
defraying expenses incident to observance of Memorial Day, 1934, be made to the
following military organizations:
Pvt. James Perry Post, No. 191; ' Veterans Foreign Wars,
Canonsburg, Pa. , Wm. K. Eichbrt, Commander ---- $31.00
American Legion Post No. 253, Canonsburg, Pa. ,
H. S. Cummins, Commander ---------------------- $63.50
Motion carried. There being no further business before the meeting, it was
adjourned.
