Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes. Motion by Mr. O'Neil, without a second, that contract for twenty-five (25) Voting Machines for use in County of Washington be awarded to the Automatic Voting Machine Company, of Jamestown, N.Y. , at its bid price submitted when bids for said Voting Machines were opened and read before the County Commis- sioners. There being no second to the motion, it was declared loot. j Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that meeting adjourn until Tuesday, March 13, 1934. j Motion carried, and meeting stood adjourned until Tuesday, March 13, 1934. 1 (SIGNED) i i Office of the County Commissioners, Washington., Pa. ,, March 13, 1934. Motion by Mr. O'Neil, without a second, that all bids received for Voting Machines be rejected for the reason that Washington County's financial condition is such that their purchase during the current year, 1934, is not advisable and that checks of all bidders be returned. There being no second to this motion, it was declared "lost. Motion by Mr. O'Neil and seconded by Mr. Barnes, and earried, that meeting adjourn. Meeting stood adjourned. (SIGNED) a a 1 j
