Commissioners in regular session, members present being MOssrs. Johnston, I
O►Neil and Berryman.
The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded, and adopted:
RESOLVED, That the County Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania,
believe it to be to the interest of the County and deem it expedient and ad-
visable to alter and change a section of the road leading from Finleyvills to
Thomas, said section being as follows,
Beginning at a point in said road near the McCracken Store and extending

towards Thomas through the property of David Meese and the property now or
formerly owned by Mrs. M. B. Lutes- to a point in said road near the residence
of W. Laah; a distance of eight hundred (800) feet, more or lens, all of said

section of road being located in Peters Township, and also to vacate as a Counter 1
Road the part of the said road supplied thereby, and that the petition be pre-
sented to the Court of Quarter Sessions for reference to the Grand Jury an& St
and if the Grand Jury approve the same, then for the approval of
the said Court of Quarter Sessions,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
