Joint meeting of County Commissioners and County Controller to
open bids for purchase of one 1 1j-2 ton dump truck, in accordance with
specifications* present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil
and Berryman; County Cbntroller Post present; bids from following were
opened and read in presence of County Commissioners:

Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. O'Neil, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that County
Controller be requested to advertise for bids for surface treating various
roads requiring the application of approximately 51,700 gallons of tar and
1,700 tons of limestone chips and also to advertise for bids for the furn-
ishing, spreading and rolling of approximately 600 tons of Rock Asphalt on
the McMurray Road. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meetings it was adjourned.
