SARNIES, COMMISSIONtRa 1.32 WARD PRIM�ING CO 388O2 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa. ., July 10, 1935. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman. The following Resolution was presented, duly seconded and unanimously adopted: WHEREAS., the County Treasurer, upon petition of the County Commissioners, approved by the Court, has been authorized to adjouri4,And readjourn, until the first Monday of August, 1935, the sales for delinquent taxes on Seated Lands., as returned, and WHEREAS, by Act of the General Assembly, approved February 19, 1935, sales of said Seated Lands for delinquent taxes may be adjourned and readjourned by the County Treasurer until May 1, 1937, upon petition of the County Commis- sioners, approved by the Court, now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the County Commissioners of , the County of Washington, authorize the County Treasurer to adjourn all sales for delinquent taxes until the 1st day of May, 1937, and that this Board prepare and present a petition to the Court of Common Pleas to approve this action. ------------ Motion by Mr. Berryman, seconded by Mr. O 'Neil, that the County Controller be requested to advertise for bids for furnishing and delivering Voterst Registration equipment for Third Class Cities, including necessary District and General Register Binders, street list bindero,minute or record book, necessary duplicate registration cards, numbered street list record sheets printed and punched, all forms of certificates, notice cards, affidavit forms, removal and transfer notice cards and blanks and such pamphlets, blank forms, division sheets, etc . , etc. , as required by Permanent Registration Act of July 1, 1935. Motion carried. ----------------- motion by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the Safety Pro- cessing Company be directed to proceed to apply ItSaf-on" treatment to the stairs of the Court House, leading from lst floor to basement, as follows: 12 treads-two sets of three treads each, at either side of ma stair- way at cost of $252.00, in accordance with proposal submitted under date of June 28, 1935.
