Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, OtNeil and Berryman; joint meeting of County Commissioners and
County Controller at 11:10 A.M. to open bids for supply equipment necessary
for use in Permanent Registration of Electors in 3rd class cities of Wash-
ington and Monongahela, in accordance with Act of Assembly of 1935, as per
advertisement for such bids by County Controller; present for County Com-
missioners, Messrs. Johnston, OlNeil and Berryman; County Controller Post
present; bids from the following concerns, each bid being accompanied by
certified check, as required, were opened and read in presence of County
Commissioners:
