Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman.
Motion by Mr. O 'Neil, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that an appropriation
towards defraying expenses of Memorial Day Observance, Old Graveyard, 2nd Ward,
Washington, 1935, on behalf of Mary Emma XcNu1J;y Tent, No. 56, Daughters of
Union Veterans., be made in the sum of $64.66. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.

The proposals for supplying Binders,, Registration Cards, Street Lists
Minute Book, small forms, etc . ,, required in 'connection with the Permanent Regis-
tration of Electors in Third Class Cities, Act of 1935, were before the Commis-
sioners, and
Motion by Mr. Berryman, seconded by Mr. O 'Neil., that the contract for
required Binders, Registration Cards, Street Lists, Minute Book, small forms, etc.
be awarded to the Wm. G. Johnston Co. , Inc . , of Pittsburgh, Pa. , at its low bid
of $1031.65, and checks be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
