Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,
O 'Neil and Berryman.
The following Resolution was presented,, duly seconded and adopted:-
RESOLVED; That the County Controller be requested to advertise for bids
for the printing and delivering to office . of County Commissioners, approximately
80,000 official ballots and approximately 32,,1)00 specimen ballots to be used at the
Primary Election ,to be held on September 17., 1935; specifications and requirements
of ballots, etc . , to be found at office of County Commissioners.

Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Johnston,,
and OfNeil; Mr. Berryman having notice of meeting, but absent.. Joint meeting of
County Commissioners and County Controller at 1.-30 P.M. to open bids for construc-
tion of certain Bridges in accordance with advertisement for such bids by the
County Controller; present for County Commissioners, Messrs. Johnston and O'Neil;
Deputy Controller Patton present; bids fromIthe following concerns were opened
and read in presence of the County Commissioners:

Motion by Mr. OtNeil, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that warding of
contracts be deferred until the County Engineer shall have tabulated the bids
received and presented them to the Board. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the joint meeting, it stood
adjourned.
