Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman.
The following Resolution was presented., duly seconded and adopted:
RESOLVED, that the County Controller be requested to advertise f6r,1-bid.-
for printing and delivering to office -of County Commissioners, approximately
90,000 official ballots and 20.tO00 specimen ballots for use at Municipal
Election for State, County and Municipal officers to be held on Nov. 5, 1935,
and approximately 40,000 official ballots and 10,000 specimen ballots for
Special Election on the question of Sunday motion picture exhibitions in muni-
cipalities that have filed petitions for same, said special election to be
held on Nov. 5. 1935; specifications for said ballots, etc . ., to be seen at
the office of the County Commissioners., and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Controller be requested to advertise
for bids for furnishing and delivering to office of County Commissioners electior
supplies for use at Munk . and Special Election to be held on Nov. 5, 1935,
said supplies including tally sheets., return sheets, envelopes . computing books
etc . , etc. , etc . , for use of elec.t.jon officers of the various ,voting districts
of the County of Washington.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
