Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs.
Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman. The following Resolution was presented, duly
seconded and unanimously carried:
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that
the plans submitted by the Department of Highways for the changing of State
Highway Route 108, Section 9, in South Strabane Township, between Station 61t25
and Station 124+38.15, have been examined and the County Commissioners agree
that the County will assume any liability for property damage resulting under
Act 32, approved April 13, 1933, from the construction of the highway as contem-
plated by these plans.
This resolution is dependent upon the County receitth&,afrom the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania the liquid fuel tax monies now due the County,

O'Neil and Berryman, joint meeting with County Controller at 11:15 A.M. to open
bids for printing and delivering to office of County Commissioners, approximately
90,000 official ballots and 20,000 specimen, ballots for use at Municipal Election
of Nov. 5, 1935, and approximately 45,000 official ballots and 8,000 specimen
ballots for Special Question regarding Moving Picture Exhibitions on Sunday, said
Special Question to be submitted to the electors of certain districts in connec-
tion with Municipal Election of Nov. 5, 1935;'0,�present for County Commissioners,
Messrs. Johnston, OtNeil and '.-;erryman; Deputy County Controller Patton present;
bids from following concerns were opened and read in presence of County Commis -
sinners; Printing and delivering of ballots, as per specified requirements:
Ward Printing Company, Washington, Pa. $33590.00
Furnishing and delivering Election Supplies, as per
specified requirements.
and also to open bids for furnishing required Election Supplies, to be delivered
-to off ice of County Commissioners, for use of election officers at Municipal
