The Salary Board of the County of Washington having to do with the matter of
salaries and employees in the office of the Prothonotary met in the office of the
County Commissioners, Court Houses Washington# Pa.s on Mondays February 20s 1933s
at 3 P.M.s the following members being present; County Commissioners Johnston*
O'Neil and Barnes* County Controller Woodward and Prothonotary McNary.
Chairman Johnston presiding,
Motion by Mr. McNarys seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that such extra clerk as may
be required to attend sessions of civil court be paid at the rate of four MOO
per diem for time actually employed and upon certificate from proper officers the
i-em to be charged to Court expense. Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. McNarys that the Board adjourn until
10 o'clock A.M.* Tuesdays February 21* 19339
Motion carried and Board adjourned.

An adjourned meeting of the Salary Board having to do with the matter of
salaries and employees in the office of the Prothonotary was held in the office
of the County Commissioners, Court Houses Washington# Pa.* on Tuesdays February
21* 1933s at 10:45 A.M.s the following members being present; County Commissioners
Johnstons O'Neil and Barnes* County Controller Woodward and Prothonotary McNary.
Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. McNarys seconded by Mr. Woodwards that the persons named below
be retained as employees in the 'office of the Prothonotary* with proviso that any
of them may be dismissed upon 30 days t notice* and that salaries be fixed as
follows, effective February is 1933:
Curtis F. McNarys Deputys
Ruth Millers clerks
Russell Riggles clerks
Margaret Russells clerks
Myrtle Fetherlins clerks
Helen Pollock, clerks
Matilda McGlade * clerk..
