The Salary Board having to do with the matter dd salaries and employees in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds met in the office of the County Commissioners:
Court Houses Washington# Pa.* on Tuesday* February 21* 1933s at 2:30 P.M.v the
following members being present: County Commissioners Johnston* O'Neil and Barnes,l
County Controller Woodward and Recorder L. Frank Baker.
Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the persons named below
be retained as employees in the office of the Recorder, with proviso that any of
them may be dismissed upon 30 drs' notice, and that salaries be fixed as followsp
effective February 1, 1933:
Bernice Bakers Deputy* $170.00 per month
Grace Wilson, index clerk, 120.00 '
Clerks in transcribing department, viz,
Misses Sutherland, Lincoln, Hall and
Mrs. Barbour, a achy 100.00 it
Motion carried. Mr. Baker voting "No" and asking that his vote be so reeorde
There being no further business before the meeting: it was adjourned.
The Salary Board having to do with the matter of salaries and employees in
the office of Register of dills and ex-officio Clerk of the Orphans' Court met in
the office of the County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 21i 1933* at 3:45 P.M.s
following members being present: County Commissioners Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes#
County Controller Woodward and Register R. J. Coulson.
Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. Coulson, seconded by Mr. Woodwardp that the persons named below
be retained as employees in the of fice of Register of Wills and ex-officio Clerk
of the Orphans' Court: with proviso that any of them say be dismissed upon 30 days'
notice, and that salaries be fixed as fbilwws, effective February 1# 1933:
