BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

January 7, 1935, at 1:30 P.M., members present being County Commissioners Johnston,
O'Neil and Berryman and proceeded to meet with the various County officers of the
County of Washington#
The Salary Board having to do with the matter of salaries and employees in
the office of Register of 'Hills, and Clerk of the Orphans' Court met in the office
of the County Commissioners, Court house, 'Washington, Pa., hn Monday, January V,
1935, at 1:35 P.M., following members being present: County Commissioners
Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman, County Controller Bost and Register and Clerk
R. J. Coulson. Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. Coulson, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that the employees in the
office -eta' Register of Mills and Clerk of the Orphans' Court be retained, at the
same salaries as retofore, with proviso that any of said employees may be removed
upon thirty days' -notice. Motion carried.
There being no fvr Cher business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
The Salary Board having to do with the matter of salaries and employees in
the office of Sheriff met in the office of the County Commissioners,' Court' louse,
Washington, Pa., on Monday, January 7, 1935, at 2 P.M*, members present being
County Commissioners Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman, County Controller Post and
Sheriff Fred W. Brady. Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion bar Mr. Brady, seconded by Mr. Berryman, that all employees in the
office of Sheriff be retained, at same salaries as heretofore, with proviso that
any of said employees may be removed upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the meeting, it was adjourned.
The Salary Board having to do with the matter of salaries and employees in
the office of Prothonotary met in the office of the County Commissioners, Court
Rouse, Washington, Pa., on Monday, January 7, 1935, at 2:40 P.M., members present
being County Commissioners Johnston, O'Neil and Berryman, County Controller Post
and Prothonotary E. T. McNary. Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. McNary, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that all employees in the office
of the Prothonotary, with the exception of Myrtle Fetherlin, be retained at same
salaries as heretofore, and that Miss Anne Murray be elected clerk in said office
in the place of Myrtle Fetherlin, resigned, and that the salary of the said Anne
hurray be fixed at 100 per month, the same as that heretofore received by the
said Myrtle Fetherlin, with the proviso that any of said employees may be removed
upon thirty days' notice. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned,
