BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
J. ELMER JOHNSTON, JOHN N. O'NEIL, W. A. BARNES, COMMISSIONERS
The Salary Board having to do Uzi. tea. the matter of salaried and employees
in the office of the Sheriff met in the office of the County Commissioners,
Court House, Washington, Pa,, on Thursday, March 17, 1932, at 2:30 P.M„ at
the call of the Sheriff, members present being County Comrni.ssioners Johnstong,
and O'Neil, County Controller Woodward and Sheriff Seaman.
Chairman Johnston presiding.
Motion by Mr. Seaman, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that when emergencies arise
making it necessary to employ extra, or additional deputy or deputies in the
office of the Sheriff, said deputy or deputies shall be paid at the rate of
four (4,00) dollars per diem, the provisions of this motion to be effective
as of January 4, 1932s,
Motion carried,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourn(

The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the office of the
County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pa., on May 4, 1932s all members)
being present.
Motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. Woodward,# that the salaries of Mrs.
R. W, Taylor and Mrs, Josephine Stoner, employees in the office of the County
Commissioners, be set at $125.00 per month, beginning May 1, 1932.
Motion carried,
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was de.
clared adjourned.
