BARNES, COMMISSIONERS 385 1 1 f' 1 1-32 WARD PRINTING CO 88802 The Salary Boa rd of the County of Washington met in the office of the County Commissioners# Court House, Washington, Pa., on Wednesday, January 13s 1932s at 3:10 P.M., at the call of the Chairman, the following members being present, County Commissioners Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes and County Controller Woodward. Chairman Johnston presiding. Motion by Mr. ,Barnes, seconded by Mr. Woodward* that the salary of the Chief Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners be fixed at 200.00 per month; Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Woodward, seconded by Mr, O'Neil, that the salary of the Solicitor to the Board of County Commissioners be fixed at $2700.00 per annum. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Woodward, County Controller, seconded by Mr. Barnes, that George I. Bloom be elected Solicitor for the office of County Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Acts -of -Assembly in such case made and provided, and that the salary of said Solicitor be fixed at $1620.00 per annum. Motion carried.' There being no further business before the Boards motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mr. O'Neil, that Board adjourn to meet at the call of the Chairman. Motion carried and Board stood adjourned. The Salary Board having to do with the matter of salaries and employees in the office of the Prothonotary, met in the office of the County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pa., on Monday, February 5, 19320 at 4 P.M., at the call of the Prothonotary; members present being County Connissioners Johnston, O'Neil and Barnes, County Controller Woodward and Prothonotary E. T. McNary. Motion by Mr. McNary, seconded by Mr. Xoddxgvdq that Matilda S. McGlade be employed as part of the regular force in the office of the Prothonotary, for such time as she may be required, and that her salary be fixed at 100 per month, effedtive January 15, 1932s with the understanding that an adjustment be made for payments already received' by the said Matilda S. McGlade for period of J� 1-15, inclusive. Igotion carried. There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
