BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
JAMES W. WALKER, J. ELMER JOHNSTON, W.A, BARNES, COMMISSIONERS
The Salary Board having to do with fixing the salary of the County So-
licitor met in the office of the County Commissioners on Monday, January 16,
1928, at 3 :45 P.M. members present being County Commissioners Talker, Johnston
and Barnes and County Controller Underwood. Motion by Mr. Barnes , seconded by
Mr. Walker, who had relinquished the Chair to Mr. Underwood, that the salary
of Norman E. Clark, elected County Solicitor, be fixed at $3000 per annum.
Question called for and aye and nay vote asked for by Chair* voting "Aye"
Messrs . Walker and Barnes ; voting "Nay" Mr. Underwood; Mr. Johnston not
voting. Chair declared motion carried. There being no further business b6-
fore the Salary Board, it declared adjourned to meet at the call of the Chair-
man*
