Johnston and Barnes;
The following Resolution was duly presented, seconded and adopted:-
THAT the valuation of coal of the Pittsburgh veins or seam, for assess-
able purposes , remain at the same figure as heretofore in the various town-
ships of Washington Countyjexcepting in the townships of Blaine* Donegal and
East Finley, in which said townships there shall be a reduction of Five
Pellarsoper acre in the valuation, thus making the vaulation of Pittsburgh
Coal in said townships conform to that of West Finley Township* to-wit: Forty
($40) Dollars per acre, and that the valuation of Pittsburgh Coal in Morris
Township be reduced Five ($5) Dollars per acre under present figure, in orddr
to equalize the valuation with that of the said vein of Coal in Greene County,
adjoining*
