Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by 'Mr. Barnes that the rate of taxation
upon the valuations of the properties of the County, in order to raise suffi-
cient revenues to meet required expenditures for the year 1928* be fixed at
9 mills , which will make payment of taxes to the amount of 90,V upon each
One Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation of real estate and occupations*

SCHEDULE OF FEES AND COMMISSIONS ALLOWED TREASURER.
Two per cent on first $ 50,000.00 of taxes collected.
Z It
One per cent on balance of taxes collected.
One per cent on Delinquent County Tax Collected.
One per cent on Tax Liens collected,
One per cent on interest on Tax Liens collected.
One per cent on County Tax in East Bethlehem Township.
One fourth of one per cent on Fines and Costs collected.
One eighth of one per cent on received on County Commissioners.account.
One eighth of one per cent on money paid out of County Commissioners account.
One per cent on taxes, interest and costs from tax sales and redemptions.
Fees on all State licenses, (Mercantile, Dog Hunters, etc.) .
Commission on accounts handled for Commonwealth.
Satisfaction fees, advertising fees and sheriff's costs on tax liens and sales
Commission on school and road or borough tax liens collected.
The above schedule of fees and commissions for the purpose of showing
an earning credit for the office accepted and approved and duly recorded in
the minutes of a meeting of the board Feb. 15, 19280
