Walker, Johnston and Barnes; Joint meeting of County Controller Underwood and County Commissioners to consider Proposition submitted by R. S. Moody, of Charleroi, relative to removing barn on R. L. Munce farm, N. Strabane Twp. , made necessary by State Hic-,hwdy tcirough said premises ; proposition submitted by Mr. Moody duly read, in which he agreed to fL-Arnish all equipment as outlined by County Commissioners and to rent same at rate of Ten Dollars per day, cost of transporting tools to the job to be paid by County and bidder to pay charged for return Of same to Charleroi; Mr. Moody to- act as superintendent of the w-,rk and to be paid therefor at rate of $2.50 per hour : all employees to be paid di- rectly by the County and all necessary insurance to be carried by said County. Lotion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Barnes , that proposition of Mr. koody be accepted. Motion unanimously carried. There being no further business before the joint meeting, it was ad- journed. Brightwell; Tames Jones ; Virginia Sprowls ; Lre , Margaret S. Bushey. emotion carried. There being no further business before the -board, it was adjourned. (SIGNED)
