and for which taxes have been levied but not yet paid into the County Treasury,
now, therefore,

Washington, that for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current
expenses , the proper officers of said County are hereby authorized and directed
to negotiate temporary loans and issue Votes therefore, payable on demands with
interest from date; said Notes to be negotiated and issued as fellows ;
First National Bank, Charleroi 200000
Citizens Trust Company, Canonsburg, 200000
and that the said Notes are to be paid out of the first funds available to
the County Treasurer from the taxes levied for the current year of 1928. d

I, John G. Hall, Clerk to the County Commissioners of the said
County of Washington, do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing-
Resolution with the original minutes of the County Commissioners and that the
same is a true and correct copy of the Resolution adopted at a meeting of the
said Board at which Messrs. Walker, Johnston and Barnes were present on the 25th
day of April, 1928.
I further certify that the Resolution was adopted by the unanimous J
vote of the Commissioners present.
IN 'WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of '
the said Cammissioners the 25th day of April, 1928.
